- Enable consumers to share experiences intelligently and safely
- Facilitate engagement between consumers and brands (when possible)
We are not a government grievance portal, court, tribunal, arbitrator, or legal service provider.
2. User Responsibilities
- Information provided is accurate and genuine
- You are reporting your own experience or are authorized to report
- You will not post abusive, defamatory, unlawful, or fraudulent content
You agree not to:
- Harass or defame individuals/brands
- Submit false or misleading claims
- Upload harmful or malicious files
- Use automated systems or bots
- Advertise or promote products/services
You remain responsible for the content you submit.
3. Complaint Display & Platform Rights
Our platform primarily showcases:
- Complaint categories
- Aggregate trends & volumes
- Brand performance and fairness scores
- Resolution time benchmarks
Not all complaints will be displayed publicly.
3.2 Right to Selectively Publish ComplaintsWe reserve the right to selectively publish content you submit, including:
- Positive or negative complaint excerpts
- Anonymized consumer experiences
- Case studies, examples, trends, insights
- Platform marketing materials, blogs, reports, presentations
Content may be edited for clarity or compliance.
We will never display your personal contact information without consent.
3.3 Moderation & Editorial DiscretionWe may modify, refuse, or remove content that:
- Violates platform rules
- Contains harmful, unlawful, or defamatory statements
- Is unverifiable or inappropriate
Moderation does not imply validation of claims.
4. Interaction With Brands
- We may share your complaint with the relevant brand
- Brands may respond through the platform or directly to you
- We do not guarantee brand responses or resolutions
- Brand metrics are based on processed complaint data
5. Liability Disclaimer
- Accuracy of user content
- Actions or responses of brands
- Loss/damages based on platform information
- Delays or failures in service
Disputes remain between the user and the brand.
6. Intellectual Property & User License
- A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license
- To store, analyze, process, display, modify, and publish the content
- Now and in the future
- In any media format (digital, reports, social, etc.)
Personal identifiers will not be shared publicly without consent.
7. Termination of Use
- Misuse the platform
- Submit fraudulent content
- Attempt to manipulate ratings or metrics
- Violate these terms
