Complaint Box exists to help consumers raise concerns responsibly and help brands improve. To ensure a fair, safe, and credible community, please follow these guidelines.

1. What You Can Submit

  • Genuine customer complaints
  • Authentic brand experience feedback (positive or negative)
  • Supporting evidence such as receipts, screenshots, order info
  • Suggestions to help improve customer experience

2. What You Must Avoid

  • False, misleading, or fabricated information
  • Personal attacks, harassment, or abusive language
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on gender, religion, caste, race, etc.
  • Pornographic, violent, or harmful content
  • Personal addresses or private contact details of others
  • Medical/financial sensitive info unless necessary & properly redacted
  • Spam, advertising, affiliate links, or promotions
  • Legal threats or blackmail language

3. Evidence & Accuracy

  • Provide truthful information
  • Share only what you experienced or are authorized to report
  • Upload only relevant supporting documents
  • Remove or blur sensitive details whenever possible

We may ask for clarification or supporting proof if needed.

4. Publishing & Moderation

  • Not all submissions will be published
  • Content may be summarized, categorized, or anonymized
  • Fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive submissions will be rejected
  • We may edit submissions for clarity, privacy, and compliance
  • Repeated misuse may result in account suspension

Review time may vary based on volume and verification.

5. Respectful Conduct

Users must behave respectfully toward:
  • Platform moderators
  • Brand representatives
  • Other users

Constructive criticism is welcome — harassment is not.

6. Misuse Consequences

Violations may result in:
  • Complaint rejection
  • Content removal
  • Account restriction or termination
  • Reporting to authorities (in extreme cases)

7. Brand & Employee Privacy

Do not post:
  • Personal phone numbers or email IDs of employees
  • Personal social media information
  • Home addresses

Focus on the company experience, not individuals.

8. Safety Notice

If your issue involves fraud, physical safety, cybercrime, or illegal activity, we may direct you to the relevant legal authorities.
